Customer Service Representative

About the role

South Country Equipment is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for farmers visiting our parts department. You will use our parts software to help customers find the right components quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to customers via face‑to‑face interaction, phone calls, and written communication.
• Support farmers throughout the year by ensuring they have the parts needed to keep equipment operating.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers to offer enhanced support.
• Assist with inventory control and help maintain a clean, professional retail environment.
• Work extended hours during peak farming season, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of customer‑facing or retail experience.
• Relationship‑focused mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
