Customer Service Representative (Casual) – Red Lake

About the role

Join the LCBO team in Red Lake as a Casual Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and purchase wine, beer, and spirits while delivering a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, share product knowledge and operate the POS system.
• Maintain store standards, restock shelves and assist with inventory receiving.
• Handle product unloading, case lifting (up to 40 lb) and ensure a clean, customer‑ready environment.
• Process transactions accurately and create positive interactions with shoppers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional service.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada.
• Willing to undergo a recent criminal background check at your expense.
• Flexible to work peak periods, evenings, weekends and occasional short‑notice shifts.

Required skills

• Ability to operate computerized cash registers (POS).
• Basic math for transaction handling.
• Physical capability to lift cases up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
