Customer Service Representative (Casual) – Cochrane

About the role

Do you enjoy making a positive impact on every customer you meet? If you have a charismatic personality and love engaging with people, the LCBO is looking for you to join the team in Cochrane.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, share product knowledge and deliver a best‑in‑class experience on the sales floor and at the cash register.
• Operate computerized cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, and replenishing stock while maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
• Perform repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lb (18 kg) and stand for extended periods during peak shifts.
• Support wholesale and trade representatives as needed.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with the public and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old.
• Agree to submit a criminal background check at your own expense before starting.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods such as holidays and tourist seasons.
