Customer Service Consultant – Medical Supplies

About the role
Congdon's Aids to Daily Living is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated Customer Service Consultant to support clients with medical and independent living supplies. You will focus on ostomy, incontinence, wound‑care, walkers and other aids, helping improve quality of life for individuals across Alberta.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations for ostomy, continence, wound care, mobility and independent living aids.
- Process orders and coordinate timely delivery of medical supplies to clients.
- Assist clients with insurance and program claims (AADL, NIHB, DVA, WCB).
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Strong work ethic, dependable, organized and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent time‑management and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Ostomy care knowledge
- Continence care knowledge
- Wound‑care expertise
- Familiarity with AADL, NIHB, DVA and WCB programs
- Compression garment fitting (asset)
- Mastectomy support experience (asset)
