About the role
Join Best Care Dry Cleaners as a Customer Service Clerk and be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and support daily office operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer written and oral customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Address and log customer complaints, arrange refunds, credits, and billing.
- Explain service types, costs, procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
- Issue receipts, maintain records, and compile statistics.
- Receive payments, process refunds, and perform general office duties.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high‑volume setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional, punctual, client‑focused, and reliable.
- Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
