Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in and use of self‑serve kiosks
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures
• Facilitate boarding and deplaning processes
• Greet arriving passengers and ensure a smooth transition
• Follow airline‑specific check‑in policies and procedures
• Enforce airline and airport policies courteously
• Support airline crew as needed

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong punctuality and reliability record
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
• Effective communication skills in individual and group settings
• Completion or pursuit of a Travel & Tourism, Marketing or Business diploma
• Flexible availability for shift work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Eligibility for a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass and a criminal background check

• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard software applications
