Customer Sales Support Specialist (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales Support Specialist to drive customer retention and generate new business across remote geographic areas. The role combines proactive sales outreach with insurance verification to ensure patients receive timely access to our insulin pump technology.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads, respond to inquiries, and place sales calls to out‑of‑warranty pump customers and inactive prospects.
• Guide customers through the Patient Information Form (PIF) and shipping process to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Manage insurance verification for health‑insurance and government‑funded plans, collecting required documentation for rapid payment authorization.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential pump customers, meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs.
• Handle incoming queue calls and flexibly alternate between inside‑sales and insurance verification duties as business needs change.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand and address patient needs.

• Adaptable and willing to shift responsibilities quarterly based on demand.
