About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre branch, you will be the welcoming face of the bank, helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized service and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high‑quality service.
• Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and guide customers in using mobile and self‑service banking applications.
• Listen to customer needs, provide clear explanations, and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• Demonstrated customer‑service experience through work or community involvement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including part‑time hours (22.5 hrs/week).
• Comfortable engaging in basic sales situations.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
