Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its Etobicoke branch. You will be the front‑line representative, handling everyday banking transactions while delivering a positive and personalized experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD’s procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialised partners when required.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and completing business processes accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a courteous, inclusive work environment and support team communication.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and transaction data.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
