Customer Experience Associate

About the role

Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate and be the front‑line representative for our clients. You will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers find the right banking solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and refer clients to specialised teams when required.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues according to established procedures.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
