Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Associate to join its Montreal branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering accurate financial transactions and personalized advice while upholding the bank’s standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD policies, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialized partners when necessary.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, escalating non‑standard issues according to established procedures.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and completing business processes efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and continuous personal development.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect personally with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced branch environment.
