Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its Etobicoke branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling everyday banking transactions while delivering a positive and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialized partners when necessary.
• Address and resolve routine customer inquiries, escalating complex issues according to established procedures.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting TD products and services.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and follow standardized procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
• Willingness to learn and develop banking knowledge on the job.

Required skills
