About the role
TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its Montreal branch. You will be the front‑line representative who processes transactions, resolves inquiries, and connects clients with the right banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products, and refer clients to specialised teams when necessary.
- Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating complex issues as required.
- Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
- Good judgment in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
