Customer Experience Associate – Banking

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its Saint‑Léonard branch. In this front‑line position you will help customers with everyday banking transactions while delivering a positive, personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD policies, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions and refer clients to specialised teams when necessary.
• Address routine inquiries, resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalate non‑standard issues.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and completing business processes accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development initiatives.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced branch environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with banking software and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Numeracy and ability to perform cash handling tasks.
