About the role
Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate and be the front‑line representative for our clients. You will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers navigate a wide range of banking products and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in line with standardized procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions and refer clients to specialised partners when required.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
- Achieve business objectives by promoting relevant banking products and completing processes efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by supporting team effectiveness and personal development.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen, understand and address client needs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash and transaction data.
- Good judgment in handling confidential information and exercising discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced branch environment.
