About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the face of the branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals through proactive, personalized service. You will process daily transactions, promote digital banking tools and build lasting relationships with customers in Pointe‑aux‑Trembles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, people‑centric service and resolve client inquiries.
• Process day‑to‑day banking transactions accurately.
