About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate you are the face and heart of the branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will work in a purpose‑driven, inclusive team that values proactive service and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service throughout their banking journey.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Promote digital and self‑service banking options, guiding clients to use mobile applications.
- Listen actively to uncover customer needs and provide clear, simple explanations of complex concepts.
Required profile
- Proven customer service experience through work or community involvement.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Comfortable handling basic sales situations.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and succeed in a target‑based environment.
