Customer Care Representative – Part‑Time

About the role

Dynacare is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join its Brampton, Ontario team on a permanent part‑time basis. The role serves as the frontline contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, fax and social media while supporting health professionals and patients throughout the testing process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and issues via telephone, email, fax and social media platforms.
• Monitor and moderate social‑media comments, escalating or responding according to guidelines.
• Assist health professionals and patients with test requisitions, sample collection instructions, cost information and special project requirements.
• Maintain and update the call‑log database, generate metric reports and track all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely test turnaround and accurate result delivery in both hard‑copy and electronic formats.
• Own and resolve complaints, ensuring compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
• Attention to detail and adherence to health‑and‑safety regulations.
