About the role
Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly‑sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow food safety and Chipotle’s quality standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation skills.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
