About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly‑sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow food safety and Chipotle’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation skills.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
