Creative Content Producer

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Producer, Creative Content to lead end‑to‑end editorial photography and video productions. You will work closely with the DVP of Creative, Art Director and marketing teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, concept and deliverables for photography (print & digital) and video projects.
• Develop and enforce production schedules, timelines and budgets, tracking adjustments as needed.
• Source, negotiate and manage freelance crew, talent, equipment, studios, locations and permits.
• Oversee creation of production documents such as line‑by‑line budgets, call sheets, daily schedules and shot lists.
• Lead on‑set operations, manage crew and talent, ensure safety and handle logistics.
• Supervise post‑production workflows, manage retouching and video edit feedback, and deliver final assets to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing video and photography productions from concept through delivery.
• Proven ability to handle complex shoots and budgets exceeding $100,000 CAD.
• Strong understanding of pre‑production, production and post‑production workflows.
• Experience supervising and mentoring production staff.
