About the role
The Department of Bioengineering seeks a Course Lecturer for BIEN 505 – Medical Technology Innovation and Development. The lecturer will deliver lectures, manage the course, and assess student work during the Winter 2027 term. The three‑credit course runs from January 5 to April 14, 2027, meeting on Mondays from 11:35 am to 2:25 pm in Wong 1030. The position offers a total salary of $11,824 for the term. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and lead classroom discussions for the course.
- Manage course materials, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Grade assignments, exams, and provide feedback to students.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
- At least one year of teaching experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license required or in progress.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
