About the role
The University is seeking a Course Lecturer to teach FMTP 078 FMT English during the Fall 2026 term. This part‑time position involves delivering lectures, grading final exams, and supporting student learning.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Prepare and present course materials for the FMTP 078 FMT English class.
- Grade final examinations and provide feedback.
- Be available on scheduled exam days and fulfill grading obligations as part of the contract.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in English or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior college‑level teaching experience, preferably with English courses similar to FMTP 078.
- Evidence of effective teaching and, ideally, having taught this course at least twice.
- Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
