About the role
The University is seeking a Course Lecturer for CPAG 400 – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Management, to deliver the course to First Nations, Inuit and Métis learners in Kuujjuaq.
Key responsibilities
- Examine concepts of equity, diversity and inclusion and their impact on interpersonal and inter‑group interactions.
- Teach management of multicultural workforces, covering cognition, behaviour, communication, leadership, employee engagement and negotiation.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience teaching First Nations, Inuit and Métis learners.
- Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
