Courier – Package Pickup & Delivery

About the role

Join FedEx Canada as a Courier responsible for courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. You will ensure shipments meet FedEx service standards and provide essential customer service throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pick‑up and delivery of packages on a designated route.
• Verify shipments for compliance with FedEx Canada service features.
• Provide related customer service functions, including answering inquiries and handling issues.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (≤2 violations/accidents in the past 24 months).
• Ability to lift 70 lb and maneuver packages up to 150 lb using appropriate equipment.
• One (1) year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Successful completion of mandatory driver assessment training.
• Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays.
• If residing in Quebec, bilingual French/English proficiency is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a Windows PC environment.
