Courier – Package Pickup & Delivery

About the role

FedEx Express Canada is seeking courteous and efficient couriers to pick up and deliver packages on assigned routes in the Trois‑Rivières area. The role combines safe driving, package handling, and customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels promptly and courteously within the designated sector.
• Verify each shipment complies with FedEx Canada service standards.
• Perform related customer‑service functions, including answering inquiries and handling issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lb and maneuver packages up to 150 lb using appropriate equipment.
• Successful completion of mandatory driver‑assessment training.
• Bilingual (French and English) for candidates residing in Quebec.
