Counter Salesperson – Customer Service & Order Desk

About the role

Join Noble Manitoba as a Counter Salesperson, providing front‑line sales support to walk‑in customers at our new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Winnipeg. You will ensure a clean, well‑stocked counter area while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the order desk, answering product questions and processing purchases.
• Research product options and make recommendations from our extensive plumbing, HVAC, waterworks and industrial assortment.
• Enter, pick, pack and follow up on sales orders, including back‑order management.
• Maintain and clean the order desk area and merchandising displays.
• Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams by generating leads and promoting products.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience in retail or counter sales.
• Ability to handle product inquiries, order entry and merchandising duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team‑focused attitude.
