Corporate Quality Manager

About the role

The Corporate Quality Manager provides strategic oversight of the entire quality organization, aligning customer, supplier, program and manufacturing quality. This senior position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing and production requirements that meet customer needs and internal targets, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and relevant health & safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and maintain corporate quality metrics and SOPs, and train team members on their use.
• Lead audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) as the primary contact and support internal auditor activities.
• Drive the use of core quality tools to ensure an effective quality management system.
• Support technical reviews to achieve customer manufacturing feasibility, on‑time development and tool/part approval readiness.
• Identify R&D opportunities, document processes and select critical/special characteristics.
• Oversee new‑program pre‑production, in‑process verification, launch, validation and production activities.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites to conduct reviews and audits.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience implementing and managing manufacturing quality management systems.
• 5+ years leading a manufacturing quality team.
• Experience in injection molding, precision machining or tool & die environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for customer audits and reviews.
