Corporate Controller

About the role

G&A Robot Inc. is looking for an experienced Corporate Controller to own the accounting function, financial reporting, and internal controls. This senior, hands‑on leader will shape processes, partner with the CFO and executive team, and drive financial excellence in a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and produce US GAAP financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger components including AP, inventory, development assets, ROU assets, lease liabilities and fixed assets.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Manage cash reporting, balance‑sheet integrity and working‑capital visibility.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business analysis.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, banks and other financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Drive improvements in accounting systems, automation and reporting efficiency.
• Support investor, lender, board and management reporting as needed.
• Hire, mentor and grow the accounting team.
• Lead special projects such as ERP implementation, system upgrades, financing support, M&A diligence or international expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior controller or senior accounting leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, accounting operations and internal controls.
• Proven ability to manage close processes, audits, tax filings and reconciliations.
• Excellent judgment, communication and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

• Starting salary $80,000‑$120,000 per year plus equity.
