About the role

Renesas is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to lead high‑impact distribution engagements across the Americas. The role combines relationship building with data‑driven strategy to grow the semiconductor business and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales budgets and other critical business objectives.
  • Develop deep understanding of distributor point‑of‑sale (POS) data to support internal forecasting.
  • Own distributor POS, inventory, and bookings performance.
  • Create and execute business plans that leverage Renesas’ value proposition and distributor strengths.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor personnel and conduct regular business reviews at Business Unit and Executive levels.
  • Collaborate with Renesas Mass Market sales team to align goals and drive field‑level strategies.
  • Design and manage demand‑creation programs that motivate distributors to design‑in Renesas products.
  • Coordinate product training programs and support new product introductions.
  • Gather market intelligence and develop actionable strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of account management, distribution sales, or business development experience in the electronic component industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage complex distribution engagements.
