Cook – Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cook to join Restaurant Chez Harry in Québec. The successful candidate will prepare and cook Greek, Mediterranean and international dishes for our guests while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations and equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow Greek, Mediterranean and international cuisine standards to ensure authentic flavors.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team under the supervision of the head cook.
