About the role
We are seeking a motivated cook to join our kitchen team at JDEES Restaurant in Sexsmith, AB. The role involves preparing and cooking meals, supervising staff, and managing daily kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and handling.
- Order supplies and equipment and maintain inventory records.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Clean kitchen and work areas and manage overall kitchen operations.
