Controller – Accounting & ERP Lead

About the role

The Controller will lead Alimentiv’s accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across a multi‑entity global organization. Reporting to the CFO, the role oversees the full accounting cycle, ERP system ownership, and compliance with tax and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes, including consolidations, journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign‑off financial data prepared by the accounting team, resolving discrepancies before distribution to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Monitor close timelines, identify bottlenecks and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Serve as functional owner of the ERP platform, responsible for system administration, configuration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of payables, receivables and procurement processes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in accounting leadership within a multi‑entity, global environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage month‑end/ year‑end close and audit processes.
• Experience acting as ERP system owner and driving process improvements.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
