Continuous Delivery and Operations Specialist

About the role

Croesus is looking for a Continuous Delivery and Operations Specialist to manage its production, testing, and development environments. You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of more than one hundred installations while supporting a high‑performing wealth‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy scalable application versions across all environments.
• Manage environment configuration using Git, automation pipelines and configuration‑management tools.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerts‑as‑code and runbooks; contribute to dashboards.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously improve reliability, availability and security.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support with premium pay, diagnose incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and product teams to coordinate deployments and emergency interventions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (working language).
• Experience managing non‑production and production environments in a fast‑changing setting.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, including evenings and weekends.
