Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to support a major oil & gas client in Alberta. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract talent, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast‑paced MSP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for contingent roles using Fieldglass, from manager intake to onboarding.
• Source, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates through approved staffing agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and solving recruitment challenges.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee candidate quality and responsiveness.
• Handle workforce administration such as time/expense tracking, extensions, assignment changes, performance issues, and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, HR, SCM) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Leverage program data and market insights to advise on hiring strategy and bill rates.

Required profile

• Proven foundation in staffing or recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Consultative, client‑facing mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and manage a portfolio of contingent workers.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
