Contact Center Representative – MBNA Customer Service Specialist

About the role

TD Bank is seeking a motivated Contact Center Representative to serve as an MBNA Customer Service Specialist. In this role you will be the voice of the bank, handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers with their banking needs while delivering legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support on TD products, services and solutions during inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact by asking relevant questions and responding with empathy.
• Achieve performance targets including customer experience scores, quality and compliance metrics, and productivity goals.
• Continuously improve through ongoing training, coaching and skill development.
• Participate in occasional in‑person team events and meetings at a TD location.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a secure remote workspace.
• If the role requires bilingual support, proficiency in both French and English.
