Contact Center Representative – Everyday Banking (English/French) – Overnight

About the role

Join TD Bank’s Markham Contact Centre as an Overnight Representative handling inbound Easyline Everyday Banking inquiries. You will be the voice of TD, providing friendly, knowledgeable support to customers in English and/or French during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, addressing account inquiries and product questions.
• Resolve issues at the first point of contact with empathy and accuracy.
• Meet performance targets for customer experience surveys, quality, compliance and productivity.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and/or French.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work independently and meet defined performance metrics.
• Willingness to complete in‑person training and then work primarily offsite.
