Consulting Manager – Retail Energy

About the role

Accenture’s Utilities Strategy & Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to lead its Energy Retail practice in Canada. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping utilities navigate customer transformation, energy transition, and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on customer transformation, contact‑center modernization, and digital customer strategy within the energy transition context.
• Analyze, design, and document new business processes for conservation, electrification, and distributed‑energy programs.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, align functional outcomes, and ensure integration across business and technology teams.
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to improve experience and advance energy‑efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology partners, to implement digital and operational solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute thought leadership to grow the Energy Retail practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in utilities retail and business‑process design.
• Strong knowledge of energy transition, demand‑side management, and digital customer strategy.
• Fluent in French (speaking and writing) and proficient in English.
• Proven ability to manage consulting engagements and advise on complex transformation programs.
