Consultant, Modern Productivity

About the role

This remote consulting position helps organisations modernise collaboration, communication and information management using Microsoft 365 and related AI‑driven tools. You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, design modern productivity solutions and drive successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client business needs and recommend modern productivity solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 projects, including implementations, migrations, governance and adoption programs.
• Configure and support SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Build automation, workflows, dashboards and business applications with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Provide technical guidance, escalation support and subject‑matter expertise to client stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, best practices and training materials.
• Facilitate user training and change‑management initiatives to ensure solution adoption.
• Participate in peer reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of service delivery models.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, IT services or systems administration focused on Microsoft productivity technologies.
• Proven ability to lead Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations and adoption programs.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with a collaborative mindset.
