Consultant – Beauty & Medical Aesthetics

About the role

Dermapure is seeking a motivated Consultant to join its network of 68 clinics across Canada. The role focuses on delivering personalized, non‑invasive aesthetic solutions, guiding clients through consultations, treatment planning and follow‑up, while supporting product sales and clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients during consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Follow up with clients post‑consultation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Promote and sell appropriate products that complement the medical aesthetic process.
• Schedule appointments and manage client flow after consultations.
• Prepare regular consultation statistics reports for management.
• Assist the clinic with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic care and non‑surgical skin rejuvenation.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a beauty or health‑care environment.
• Diploma in aesthetics is an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, customer‑focused, and results‑driven.
• High integrity, discretion and ethical standards.
• Self‑motivated with autonomy, initiative and flexibility.
