Construction Worker – On‑site Laborer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Worker to join our team on various construction sites across the region. The role involves physically demanding tasks, frequent travel between sites, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials safely.
• Level earth to fine‑grade specifications.
• Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up salvaged materials.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, trees, and lay sod or seed.
• Scan items and maintain accurate inventory records.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at various locations.
• Own essential safety equipment (steel‑toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves).
• Dependable, flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Experience operating circular saws.
• Proficiency with jackhammers.
• Use of compactors.
• Handling sledgehammers.
• General hand‑tool competence.
