Construction Worker – On‑site Labor

About the role

We are looking for a reliable construction worker to support various building projects across multiple sites. The role involves handling materials, assisting with demolition, and performing landscaping tasks while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials to and from the site.
• Level earth to fine‑grade specifications.
• Assist in demolishing structures and safely pile salvaged materials.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, trees, and lay sod or seed as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as circular saws, jackhammers, compactors, and sledgehammers.
• Perform routine site clean‑up and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) repeatedly.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at various locations.
• Own basic personal protective equipment (steel‑toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves).
