About the role

Vestas is seeking a Construction Technical Supervisor to lead site execution for wind turbine projects. The role involves planning daily work, managing site activities from component delivery through turbine hand‑over, and supporting the Construction Manager.

Key responsibilities

Oversee CPX site execution and act as the right‑hand to the Construction Manager.
Plan and coordinate day‑to‑day tasks for technicians.
Manage all site activities from first component delivery to final turbine hand‑over to Service.
Mentor, train and coach site personnel.

Required profile

Technician Tech III level or comparable experience.
Hands‑on experience with Vestas turbine installation or participation in a Vestas construction project.
Performed mechanical walkdowns and led a turbine commissioning crew.
