Construction Superintendent III

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent III to lead day‑to‑day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors on major capital projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling on‑site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of submittals, RFIs and RFCs, providing recommendations on suitability.
• Review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control and erosion control measures.
• Verify quantities for payment and ensure accurate billing.
• Identify non‑conformance issues and develop corrective actions.
• Act as the lead company representative at sub‑sites where the Construction Site Manager is not present.
• Provide construction core competency expertise when assigned.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with contractors.

Required profile

• Proven field experience in construction planning, execution and completions.
• Prior experience as a Construction Superintendent on major capital projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas to project sites.
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and craft trades.

Required skills

• Construction Materials Testing procedures.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards.
