Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to lead our on‑site teams in New Westminster. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare production and other reports.
  • Supervise workers and projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions.
  • Arrange or deliver training for crew members.
  • Estimate costs and material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Requisition, order, and manage materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Set up and maintain on‑site equipment.

Required profile

  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • 2 to less than 3 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
  • Ability to work at various construction locations.

Required skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Proficiency in estimating costs and material quantities.
