About the role
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team in New Westminster, BC. The role focuses on construction, maintenance and renovation projects across residential and industrial settings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs.
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes and lightweight steel.
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of carpentry experience.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and handle heavy loads.
- Accurate, reliable and a team player.
