About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This permanent full‑time position is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and offers the chance to develop supervisory experience in a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise workers and overall project activities on the construction site.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily tasks to keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions for site personnel.
  • Estimate costs and material requirements and monitor expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Align work activities with project deadlines and budget constraints.

Required profile

  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of relevant construction experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varied shift schedules (early morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
