Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead our projects in Edmonton. You will oversee daily activities on the building site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate bricklayers, trades helpers, and labourers.
• Plan, schedule and monitor construction activities.
• Recruit, hire and train site personnel.
• Estimate material and labour costs and manage procurement.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain site documentation and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in noisy, dusty, and elevated conditions.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bondable with clean criminal record.
• Strong oral communication, organization and reliability.
