Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our building projects. The role requires hands‑on management of workers, equipment, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and progress reports.
• Supervise workers and coordinate project activities.
• Schedule tasks and manage timelines.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard site personnel.
• Organise training and development for the crew.
• Set up machines and equipment on site.
• Estimate material and cost requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals and teams.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on‑site full time (no remote option).
