About the role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily activities on our Calgary projects. You will ensure that work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards while supporting the development of apprentices.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule activities.
- Oversee apprenticeship training and arrange training as needed.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Recommend personnel actions.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Lead and instruct individuals on site.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
