Construction Project Manager – Owner’s Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative on a major development. The role supports the Head of Construction and will be integral to delivering ground‑up mid‑rise, high‑rise and mixed‑use projects from pre‑construction through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of ground‑up mid‑rise, high‑rise and mixed‑use projects through pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Construction and development team to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress against schedules.
• Assist in coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates and identify potential risks early.
